And there is no genetic evidence for homosexuality. Why do you think those who are arguing that homosexuality is not a choice are not shifting their arguments to chemical and hormonal differences during pregnancy and growing up?
There is only on problem with the "it's natural" argument. And that's the fact that natural doesn't mean right. It's natural to lie, to be violent, to hate, to be intolerant, etc. In fact, all of the vices of mankind are natural. That's what makes them vices. And what makes virtue virtue is the fact that men have to reach out and rise above themselves to obtain it.
There is so much absurdity here I don't know where to start so I'll just start from the beginning. You claim that there is no evidence that homosexuality is genetic yet you claim that God heals people. Obviously there is no evidence for that yet you think it's something that happens all the time apparently. Studies have been done that lean towards homosexuality being genetic.
Then you go on to say that just because it might be natural it doesn't mean that it is right. Something being different doesn't equate to something being wrong. While I can understand if homosexuality might seem disgusting to you as it does to me, I really don't see how someone can say that someone is sinning because they are engaging in consensual sex acts. People really need to grow up about homosexuality. If you would just give them equal rights and leave them alone you wouldn't hear near as much about it and would probably live a happier life.
Another thing that doesn't make sense in the whole homosexuality being a sin argument is that most sins are things that you can be tempted by. I've been tempted to lie, steal, think dirty things, cheat etc... but I've never been tempted to be gay. Gee I wonder why....ding ding ding ....because I'm not fucking gay! You are either gay or you aren't. There isn't much choice involved in the matter. And yes I realize that bisexual people exist but that's a completely different monster. For people that are full blown Richard Simmons gay there isn't much they can do about it. So how is it a sin? If you believe that God puts a special blueprint on everyone then you must believe that God made them gay. I can promise you they didn't choose to be that way. Why would they choose to be that way anyway? So they could be ridiculed? Sorry but most temptations offer some sort of reward with them. To suggest that being gay is a sin is to suggest that every married man really wants to be gay but luckily he can fight the temptation of the sin. It's so absurd I don't even know how to comprehend the retarded logic that would lead people to believe that homosexuality is a choice and a sin. That would be like someone choosing to be black in the 1800s
