How does ANY cop know somebody has committed a crime ? The see it with their own eyes. And they make arrests.

Illegal aliens are illegal (criminal) the second they cross the border without authorization from US immigration authorities (US Code 8, Section 1325) Yes, they can get due process, but that doesn't mean they wouldn't be arrested and jailed, just like anyone else who breaks the law.

And of course it's an invasion and emergency. Democrats only deny it for the sake of stacking states with Democrat VOTES, from illegal aliens/

Lastly, to call an illegal alien an "Undocumented immigrant", is like calling a bank robber an "informal withdrawl agent."

Illegal border crossings are rising because Trump won’t let asylum seekers cross at ports of entry. Trump is doing this to inflate illegal crossings and justify building the wall.
