The rabid right judge people's "morality" entirely on their sexual orientation, and not based on anything else. You can lie, cheat, steal, screw around on your wife with another woman, and they'll still call you an "upstanding citizen", but if you're a woman, having sex outside of marriage automatically makes you a "slut" and "immoral".

There is no prohibition on sex outside of marriage in the Bible, other than adultery. "Fornication" is frowned on, i.e. sex without a connected relationship, but adultery is the only prohibition.
