With all due respect, Cay? What has Obama been competent at? This government is imploding. Name an Obama Administration Department that isn't presently embroiled in scandal. Justice...Treasury...State...Agriculture...NSA...GSA...the Armed Forces...it just goes on and on. Name a member of the Obama Administration who HASN'T been caught telling a lie! From his Press Secretary...to his Attorney General...to his head of the IRS...to his Secretary of State...to his UN Ambassador...that just goes on and on as well.

And through all of this...the one refrain we keep getting from Barack Obama is that he didn't know about the problem until it was brought to his attention by the news media.
