HilariousThe conservative judges vote for what the law says screwey.
Why do these right wing nuts hate America so much that they keep trying to destroy it. I think they're all crazy.Oral arguments for Moore v. Harper in December had some campaigners worried that at least five justices would embrace independent state legislature theory (ISLT), whose proponents claim the U.S. Constitution only empowers state legislatures to regulate federal elections, without checks from state constitutions, courts, or governors.
However, in the case—which stemmed from a fight over North Carolina's congressional map—Chief Justice John Roberts, fellow conservatives Amy Coney Barrett and Brett Kavanaugh, and liberals Elena Kagan, Ketanji Brown Jackson, and Sonia Sotomayor rejected ISLT. Right-wing Justices Samuel Alito, Clarence Thomas, and Neil Gorsuch dissented.
The elections clause of the U.S. Constitution "does not vest exclusive and independent authority in state legislatures to set the rules regarding federal elections," Roberts wrote for the majority. "When state legislatures prescribe the rules concerning federal elections, they remain subject to the ordinary exercise of state judicial review."

Hmmm right wing nuts like me love, support and serve their country....just like I did for 25 years. Why do these right wing nuts hate America so much that they keep trying to destroy it. I think they're all crazy.
I am no whack job, but since you mention that term, you may well be one. I enlisted in the Air Force during the Vietnam War when a lot of people were leaving for Canada. Although it's none of your business and people join the military for a lot of different reasons, it is no sure sign of patriotism. Not trying to destroy the country would be a good start on patriotism.Hmmm right wing nuts like me love, support and serve their country....just like I did for 25 years.
In which branch of the military did you serve whackjob??
Good for you, then as a fellow military veteran I suggest that you respect those that serve no matter what our politics are and understand that serving SHOULD be a sign of patriotism, even if they are not for you. As for destroying the country, I think you are a little mixed up on your parties.I am no whack job, but since you mention that term, you may well be one. And going into the Air Force rather than running to Canada does show some sort of patriotism imo, and certainly a slick move to stay out of Viet Nam.I am no whack job, but since you mention that term, you may well be one. They voted to give the judiciary more power than was spelled out in the letter of the Constituiton, which the weathervane Roberts agreed with just a few years ago, in an AZ case. The conservative judges vote for what the law says screwey.
Do you 100% support Democracy?Hmmm right wing nuts like me love, support and serve their country....just like I did for 25 years.

Scotus forces the states to recognize the separation of powers and checks and balances.Another step closer to chaos. The next time you people steal an election will be the end of our country as we have known it. Believe it or not, that will effect you, too. It's going to bring down this system and in so doing, your chance to live in peace and prosperity, as well. Keep laughing, loon.
Exactly, since MAGA isn't cheating...right Slow Hoser?Scotus forces the states to recognize the separation of powers and checks and balances.
Don't worry, Esdraelon. Good America will never let MAGA over throw good, solid, fair elections.
No, oddball, we can stand up to your angry mobs and moral cowards with one hand tied behind our backs. Done thing. They voted to give the judiciary more power than was spelled out in the letter of the Constituiton, which the weathervane Roberts agreed with just a few years ago, in an AZ case.
We're now being ruled by angry mobs and the moral cowards without the spines to stand up to them.
You can overturn cars, start fires and steal big screens with one hand tied behind your back? No, oddball, we can stand up to your angry mobs and moral cowards with one hand tied behind our backs. Done thing.
Maga just uses government to decrease voting by its perceived opposition.Exactly, since MAGA isn't cheating...right Slow Hoser?

I did not say that, I respect people who do not twist the truth. I said serving in the military doesn't necessarily equate to patriotism for some people, It did in my case. But since you implied that it didn't, I cannot respect you or the things you say. You're not supporting anyone, not even yourself.Good for you, then as a fellow military veteran I suggest that you respect those that serve no matter what our politics are and understand that serving SHOULD be a sign of patriotism, even if they are not for you. A godawful opinion. I hope it doesn’t take 50 years to overrule that tragic mistake.Oral arguments for Moore v.
