This is already the case. If you are caught advocating for violence it is illegal and you are apprehended. If you are not advocating for violence then you have first amendment protections.

That could be abused very easily by political hacks and demagogues. BUT --- I was listening to the FBI excuses about turning this Orlando shooter loose TWICE in 2 years and all that came to my mind was that they are passing on these risks --- BUT BUILDING a freaking new PALACE in Utah for the NSA to spy on me and you..

SO --- naturally I started thinking --- why are these investigated "judgement calls" NOT prioritized for INTELLIGENCE gathering? Instead of "closing the file" --- let the NSA follow these crittters for 4 or 10 years?

And leave US the hell alone. Similar idea hay??
