The Supreme Court could change anything, but is highly unlikely to do so based on the lack of dispute over a long period of time.You must use all of your fingers and toes to count. You don't get it. The Supreme Court's decisions may have the force of law, but they seldom have any connection with objective reality. The justices are hand picked political hacks. They make the decisions they were chosen to make.
