There should be some oversight when these justices get that old and sickly. Who knows if she's in her right mind at this point? I'm not quite 60 yet, and I forget more shit every year I get older.

Maybe we need a constitutional amendment of retirement age for SC justices. When it was written, I'm sure very few lived near her age. And I'm sure it wasn't expected that our courts would become so partisan, because the only reason Ruth baby is holding on is so that she isn't replaced by a conservative.
