It's also a media diversion tactic. The FBI agent changing the FISA document is one of many corrupt acts we are going to see uncovered in the near future. Understood, but given the fact the appointment is for life, it would take a constitutional amendment to change it. It's not something Congress can change.

While we're at it there are other constitutional amendments that are much needed. Like those setting term limits and those setting the qualifications for who can vote among others and like something stating more clearly exactly who is and who isn't a citizen of this nation.
