The government rarely prosecutes people on a 4473 offense alone. Most cases involve someone arrested for another crime, and it adds an additional element.

It's similar to many police departments policy of not ticketing people for seat belt violations, unless they were being pulled over for another violation.

Primary seat belt laws allow police to ticket drivers and passengers for not wearing a seat belt if the vehicle has been pulled over for another offense, such as speeding. If there was no initial road violation, a police officer cannot serve a ticket to vehicle operators or passengers.

On multiple occasions you yourself has called for more draconian gun control laws to be enacted. And yet you defend Hunter Biden not being charged with a gun crime because the government "rarely prosecutes" drug addicts who lie of the form to purchase a firearm?

The photographic evidence on Hunter's laptop is an admission of guilt. There are more than one photograph of his standing naked with one of two different pistols. The dates the photographs were taken are concurrent with hid admitted drug use, as well of photographs of him smoking crack cocaine.

Then there's the issue of the dated BATF Form 4473, on which he lied about his drug use, as well as emails from family members found on Hunter's phones, containing references to his owning a firearm and using drugs.

Then to top it all off, the DOJ's investigation proved that he was a user of an unlawful substance being in possession of a firearm. Although they didn't prosecute him, even the DOJ did not dispute hat.

How do you know they’re the same gun(s) mentioned in the indictment? You see the problem? You went from gun to guns without blinking an eye. Hardly the reaction of someone intent on finding the truth!

A Black rapper is coming out saying he was put in jail for lying on a form to obtain a gun, but Hunter will not go to prison for the same thing.

And we have not even talked about Hunter obtaining millions overseas for jobs he was not qualified for and never filled taxes.
