He had to wait if he stepped in before the sentencing it would have showed beyond a doubt that his administration was involved in using law and the DOJ for their own use.He didn't have to wait. He could have ended this investigation on January 20, 2021! He didn't, he could have ended it at any day before the verdict was read. He didn't, so what makes you believe he will issue a pardon now?
