Does the South have a problem with condoms...or sex education...or both?
Teen pregnancies have fallen to record lows. But according to a new report from Guttmacher Institute that breaks out data by each state, the decline is uneven across the country. New Mexico had the highest teen pregnancy rate in the nation in 2008 (the latest available data), followed by Mississippi, Texas, Nevada, Arkansas, and Arizona:

Normally liberals confuse pregnancy rates with birth rates. They try to show that birth rates are declining amongst teen mothers, but that just could very well mean more abortions and there' sa pregnancy that doesn't result in a birth, thus it won't count in th ebirth rates. So is this a real pregancy rate, including the ones that get aborted?
