Isn't This Great? Trump Ending DACA Will Create 700,000 Jobs

Those undocumented people who are working also spend money and contribute to the economy and job growth.
Irrelevant! They need to be deported. The Founders specifically didn't specifically create this country with them in mind. Only White people of European heritage. See the 1790 Naturalization Act. These dreamers are law breakers with fake social security numbers and bogus birth certificates, just like Barack Hussein Obama Soetoro Soebarka.

You are a racist pig. The fact is that at the time, Europe was the primary source of immigration. As immigrants came from other countries, the laws were amended to reflect that.

By the way, Trump has said that he will not deport DREAMers and suggested he will revisit his decision if Congress does not act. Trump has not ended DACA.
Round up the dreamers. Time to put them in internment camps till they're deported. They're criminals. They broke the law.
Now hear this all you cold hearted as snakes, racist, xenophobe fuck heads:

California Sues Trump Administration Over DACA Elimination | HuffPost

In the lawsuit, Becerra argues that rescinding DACA violates the Fifth Amendment’s due process clause due to concern that the administration will use the personal information Dreamers provided to apply for the program to find and deport them or their family members.

He also argues that using that information would violate the legal principle of equitable estoppel, which essentially protects against a “bait and switch,” in this case giving Dreamers reason to believe their personal information wouldn’t be used against them and then doing so anyway.

The lawsuit also contends the administration violated two federal laws ― the Administrative Procedure Act and the Regulatory Flexibility Act ― by rescinding the program without giving the public proper notice nor soliciting public comment on changes to it. Becerra also argues that the Justice Department’s action violates those statutes because the department failed to adequately assess the effect rescinding DACA will have on businesses and municipalities.

The reckless choice to rescind DACA violated the Constitution as well as federal laws that help ensure our government treats everyone fairly and transparently,” Becerra said at a press conference Monday morning.

Now STFU!
Kind of like gun registration.
What the fuck are you talking about??

Xenophobic, heartless, bigot admits that dreamers are quality, educated people, but still wants them gone.

I’m making this point that if we shut off the DACA program, and there are 800,000 of them in the United States today, they would deploy—and I use that word that way—back to their home territories, most likely. And they would go back there with a U.S. taxpayer-funded education, many of them the college education, they will have top-notch English skills, they would understand how a free-enterprise economy works, how a generally corrupt-free society, first world works.

They would have seen the transportation system we have, the educational system, the research and development systems that we have, how a civilized people interact with each other. All of that would go with them back to their home countries, and wouldn’t that be the best economic and cultural development, civilizational development that, say, Mexico could ever experience?

If these are their best and brightest—some of them are—just give them to these people that advertise DACA and what if their words are right? Send them back home again, it will have far more impact than you’ll get out of Peace Corps volunteers. They're not citizens. They don't belong here.

Here is something else for the bigots and xenophobes to chew on:

Senate Dems to unveil plan to protect Dreamers in the military

Senate Democrats will release a plan later Tuesday that would protect so-called Dreamers and other immigrants serving in the military — a push that comes amid sharp debate about the future of nearly 700,000 young undocumented immigrants in the United States.

Read this and then explain how you people are patriots...

The measure from Senate Minority Whip Dick Durbin of Illinois and Sen. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.) would ensure that immigrants in the military who have been recruited through the Military Accessions Vital to National Interest initiative — hundreds of them beneficiaries of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program — would be able to retain their status in the military until background checks and other screening processes are completed.

When the military can’t find American citizens with the skills it needs to help defend our country, they turn to the MAVNI program,” Durbin said in a statement. “Right now, there are patriots prepared to lay down their lives for ours who are losing their immigration status while waiting for their background checks to clear. With all the threats facing the United States today, we simply cannot afford to lose these brave men and women because of a technicality.”

I don't have a problem with it. Fight for our country, earn citizenship for you and your immediate family.

There are no Dreamers in the military, there are about a handful of DACA recipients in the MAVNI program in the Army. Any illegal found to be in the military has been/is immediately discharged. The MAVNI program is interpreters and nurses only, no combat duty, no leaving the US, no secret or top secret information, etc, SOFA agreements don't allow for them to even be in our military. Durbin is using nothing more than hyperbole to draw on emotion, he's an idiot.

I already read about this and there is a HUGE flaw in the argument. New Hampshire doesn't require out of state college students, nor people of professions that are simply there to work short term like doctors doing residency, to get a New Hampshire driver's license in order to vote.
Which is another part of the problem.

Why is that part of the problem? If you are a college student from California and you go to school in New Hampshire should you have to drive to California to vote? Or should you have to vote by mail where your vote doesn't even get counted unless it is a close race?
Want to vote in NH, you should be required to have a New Hampshire ID, or a military ID. No exceptions.

the Americans had the chance to compete and get the jobs the DACA kids hold already...yet these kids won out,,,were BETTER or more qualified than the American kids applying and that's why the employers chose them.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^what stupid looks like^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Not really....quite a few of these DACAs have college educations and some even work for fortune 500 companies.

And once we made it LEGAL for these DACA's to work, then there was no savings in hiring them...they had to pay them above the table wages along with all matching payroll taxes for the employee.

Once they were put above board, once they were made legal to work....it brought 700,000 workers, out from 'under the table', where employers could no longer abuse them and gain great savings by hiring an "illegal"....

I'm saying these DACA'S, were not sitting home twiddling their thumbs before DACA, the near same amount were probably working already....only under the table and for less expense for the employer...which held wages for all entry level workers down.

And NOW that they are legally out in the open and can work legally, they are able to compete with all other applicants for jobs on a level playing field...in most cases, they had an advantage over the entry level citizen kid before they were made legal via DACA, in these entry level jobs, because they could be paid less or under the table with great payroll tax savings for the employer...but once DACA passed that advantage they had... vanished.

So yes, there is more competition for some citizens looking for work, but there was nothing getting in the way (after DACA) of these citizens getting the job because they were more qualified....or even liked better by the employer....if they did not get the job, they did not get it by their own lack of interviewing/skills or qualifications, or even their own lack of enthusiasm or personality when interviewing...imo.

That is not necessarily true. There are still millions of jobs that are open yet companies cannot find people to fill them. They really are not competing with Americans for jobs. The problem is that Americans do not have the skill set to do these jobs. We need to work on 21st Century jobs rather than 20th Century jobs.

That is not what many DREAMers are doing. You are the lying, RACIST, bullshit artist. REAL Americans are not racists like you.

Trump has said that DREAMers will not be deported. He has also said that he supports comprehensive immigration reform which is a code word for AMNESTY. You are in for a bad shock. Anne Coulter has figured it out and that is why she is apoplectic.

I agree, and that is what the shortage problem seems to be....

the employers needing those skills should make certain colleges or high schools are covering the skills needed in the market place and future market place and also coordinate with them on their needs or set up technical schools themselves to teach the up coming workers what they need them to know....instead of just going to another country for workers.

If companies want people with the right skill set to do their jobs and they can't find any then they should invest in their employee stock and teach them the right skill sets. Like truck companies do for their drivers.

We are talking about high tech jobs. The country is also facing a baby bust where there are not enough young people for the jobs that will be open.

I agree, and that is what the shortage problem seems to be....

the employers needing those skills should make certain colleges or high schools are covering the skills needed in the market place and future market place and also coordinate with them on their needs or set up technical schools themselves to teach the up coming workers what they need them to know....instead of just going to another country for workers.
look up Mike Rowe and listen to him explain how this all came down thanks to libturds directing students to go to four year Universities and defunding trade classes in high school. It's amazing how the left can't get out of americans way to success.

I don't have a problem allowing people to immigrate with something we need, like a job skill, money for starting a business, willing to fight in our Army. It's the ones who come here and collect welfare we don't want. It's the ones who take our minimum wage jobs and leave Americans unemployed that we don't want.

These employers are spending the money to train third worlders then import them here. They should be training Americans instead.
