Since the Israeli Declaration of Independence in 1948, more than 3 million Jews have made aliyah to Israel - immigrated through the Law of Return.
They arrived for many different reasons: to fulfill a Zionistic dream, be closer to family, or create a new life.

I can't imagine anything more difficult than moving to another country and trying to survive. In the states there isn't enough mental health services available for the people that are born here and it sure doesn't exist for the people that move here and especially, refugees.
