It Was Done on Tobacco. It Can Be Done on Guns.

As usual, the facts show that the idiot liberal dumbocrat is having an irrational, knee-jerk reaction to an issue they don't understand:

There are two problems with the Second Amendment. First, under any circumstance, it is confusing; something that an English teacher would mark up in red ink and tell the author to redo and clarify. Secondly, there are actually two versions of the Amendment; The first passed by two-thirds of the members of each house of Congress (the first step for ratifying a constitutional amendment). A different version passed by three-fourths of the states (the second step for ratifying a constitution amendment). The primary difference between the two versions are a capitalization and a simple comma.

About the Violence Policy Center

Each year, more than 30,000 Americans die in gun suicides, homicides, and unintentional shootings as a result of the ready availability, and accessibility, of specific classes of firearms. Gun violence is more than a crime issue; it is a broad-based public health crisis of which crime is merely the most recognized aspect .....

I'm sure the Founding Fathers envisioned the 2nd Amendment would also provide the means in which to facilitate in the deaths of 30,000 private citizens annually!

Considering that Hamilton actually participated in a duel to his death, yes. I don't think you could actually stomach the founders principals or how much they would have stuck to them. Freedom was paramount, your safety, heath, happiness and well being were of your own damn accord.

The idiot Lakhota really thinks Tobacco is Constitutionally protected like guns are... Too funny!!:lol::lol:

Liberals actually think they can make violent crime sympathetic though to be socially palatable.

Did you know that Suzie was attacked after work? She shot and killed her attacker.

How awful. I'll never speak to her again. The poor man.

America has a strong (socialist) standing army. There is no longer need for "militia" as stated in the Second Amendment.

The second amendment is needed more today than any other time in American history. Why should we allow that right to be taken away?

What is it needed for? Are the Redcoats coming? Is there a commie in the woodpile? The National Guard is the only close analog to the "Well regulated militia" existing today. The founders didn't trust a large standing army, but the fact is, we have had a large standing army since WW1.

It's needed to protect our children from scumbags like the ones populating usmb these days....saying retarded things like "if you don't give up your guns we will take your children from you".
