For those who may actually be concerned with anything involved ...

The President and his team are not suing for Fraud, they are suing for Discovery.
Discovery is what happens after fraud has been alleged and Court accepts the opportunity to investigate.
During Discovery, subpoenas are delivered, affidavits are collected and evidence is gathered.
Then the evidence is provided in Court, the case is argued, and judgements are made.

You don't sue for Discovery unless you need to access information to gather evidence.
It doesn't matter if the Courts are red, blue, green or purple, they have an obligation to address the issue.
To ignore the issue as if it doesn't exist, while at the same time denying the ability to do what is necessary to prove that it does, just isn't the answer.

Think what you may about it, it could be argued a hundred ways.
Just understand that it won't be argued in Court if they keep trying to cover everything up.
