When did this happen? From the transcript, it appears that he asked them to investigate corruption which involved the 2016 election and Burisma,. which included Biden and his son. He also didn't tell them any aid was contingent on these investigations nor did they understand the aid to be contingent. Democrats have no legal standing at all but will vote for impeachment anyway due to politics.
