It's Official. Sinema Will Win

I've never really followed Arizona, it was always McCain territory. McSally, she's the one who said vote for me because wouldn't you rather vote for a fighter pilot?

I've never heard Sinema speak, is she a progressive or something?

I've no idea what either one of them were running on.
“…it was always McCain territory.”

And Republican territory.

Now a Democrat has been elected in a once very red state, replacing a Republican senator.

That’s a significant national indicator that Democrats might turn other red states blue – or at least purple.

We’ll see if that holds true in 2020.

Texas is coming either next election or the one after.

Rush Limbaugh is a cheap sellout. He has thrown his values away in exchange for power. He is more interested in winning than conservative values. Arizona has moved more towards the center as the growth in population has occurred in the suburbs and more educated voters move in. There are also more Hispanics which the GOP has thoroughly alienated. Not as big for Democrats as blacks but solid Democrat. She does have a moderate voting record.

Limbaugh has not sold out he is the same as when I first started listening to him in the 80s, he has always been conservative which is not necessairly Republican. The notion that going to the 'center' is somehow the result of 'more educated voters' is patently ridiculous as we all know that the colleges are now far-left indoctrination centers. I don't see how Hispanics are alienated by the GOP unless you are talking about ILLEGAL ALIEN Hispanics which should have 0 rights to vote. 'Moderate' is a vague term that is meaningless without some kind of solid definition.

A "moderate" is just someone who can't make up their mind one way or the other. They're just swinging in the breeze, going whichever way the wind blows.

A moderate is level headed and doesn't follow party lines like you dupes.

With only three precincts left to report 100%, McSally simply won't overcome that deficit. That's unfortunate. She is far too left and out of the mainstream for a state like Arizona, but so goes it. I think the voters will come to regret that decision down the road.

Guess she does give good head. Decent anyway.

And people wonder why the GOP lost the house and 7 state houses.

Are you suggesting the gop lost because of their inability to preform orally?

Oh I think they do fine orally.

It’s a blond thing.

Wrong. Moderates don't vote for socialist cucks like Bernie, the Green Party, or the Communist Party USA.

So which was it?

Are you kidding?? She's an OPEN borders, Communist, Marxist, GLOBALIST who has talked about getting rid of ICE!! Even Rush just said that! Rush called her a FAR left hippe who couldn't have won even 10 years ago in AZ! She told people to join the Taliban for pete's sake! She is NOT a moderate by any means!!

This is a NIGHTMARE because McSally should've easily won in a state like AZ!!

If Rush said it, then it must be true!

Meh, she can sit in the back and shut her pie hole like the rest of the Dem senators.

Trump and McConnel better start sucking up to Romney, the GOP majority is getting smaller and smaller.

I'm sorry, did the MINORITY party say something? Doesn't really matter.

We will see how much it matters when the GOP has to make Collins, Murkowski and Romney happy to have a chance for even 50 "yea" votes.

Kavanaugh was just confirmed :itsok:

A moderate may follow party lines some and that’s fine. Normal democrats and normal republicans are just fine. The ones who screw it up are those who say things like “ well, if that democrat wins then all children will be allowed to be aborted up to the age of two, all conservative minded people will be disarmed and stuffed into special showers in FEMA camps and all puppies will be deep fried and eaten. And for republicans, if they are elected will pass laws that force all abortions to be done with coat hangers and broken glass, all the nonwhite people will be deported or shot, and that all American citizens will be required to be armed to the teeth and shoot all puppies.

As it is, the only thing either party can agree on is that both sides are are nazis. Normal people don’t get a say either way.

Well, if saying it's cool to join The Taliban and kill your fellow Americans is a cool thing to do, I guess you could call her a 'progressive'

Are you sure that is an accurate quote, and not taking something a bit out of context like crazy right wingers tend to do

You know very well it was taken out of context just look around the board if right winger's don't win then the other side cheated. Like a bunch of of little kids that just lost a flag football game, sore loser's.

Of course it was out of context. I was just wanting to see if the RWNJ could admit it. I was pretty sure he wouldn't.

Who's"crying"? Trump is still in the White House, we held the Senate, we're getting enough SC Justices and lower court judges to fundamentally change this country for the next 100 years, and Hillary is still not President.

I'm happy as a clam.

Personally, I wouldn't vote for a person who spent years trying to take health care from millions of Americans, then turns around and lies to say she didn't do that.

It's insulting. People aren't that stupid to believe that. People are sick and tired of politicians lying for their own personal benefit then turn around and say they didn't lie.

I don't blame Arizona for rejecting her.

The people of Arizona have six years to decide what kind of senator Sinema is and will vote accordingly.

Personally, I won't vote for anyone who will vote to take insurance from millions of Americans while not offering an alternative beyond going to the ER or dying.

So you opposed obama when he ran for re-election after screwing people on health care while claiming he fixed it?

This isn't about me or Obama.

This is about those people in Arizona who you said would be on their own with their new senator.

I only repeated what you conservatives have been screaming for decades. The government isn't the answer. That they want the government out of their lives. That they stand on their own two feet and don't want anything from anyone especially the government. And on and on.

I point that fact out and you try to talk about me and Obama. I guess the truths in my post were just too much for you to even try to refute.

So this new senator should be the perfect politician for them.

What are you whining about?

Thank you for this thread, it has given me a real chuckle.
You right wing cry babies really need to read up on political definitions before you start throwing big words around.

That's your represenatve, that won't go back to the white house.View attachment 228423
Lol

Not my Representative, is that person even in Congress?
No, but he feeds you talking points.

If Sinema wins it's great for Tucson and Phoenix.
For the rest of the State forget about it ,we're on our own.

Isn't that what conservatives want?

They don't want anything from the government. They want to pull themselves up by their boot straps. Not rely on the anyone else for help.

If what you say is true, then she is only giving those conservatives what they have been demanding for decades and she should be their perfect politician.

That is IF what those conservatives have been saying all this time was the truth.

Our Constitution guarantees us a secure border.
That won't happen with her.

So what do you want her to do? All she can do is what all politicians can do, work within the system we already have established. Saying she won't do anything about the border is very premature since she has not even been sworn into office. And she herself can't do anything besides vote on legislation in the congress. It's up to the House, Senate and president to establish law but of course, she single handedly can stop any improvements to our border.

The people of America don't see the border as important as health care, education, infrastructure and a lot of other real issues we are facing.

They also care about a politician who looks them in the eyes and bold face lies to them about what they did while in the congress as McSally has done. People don't like being expected to be fools to believe such lame lies. So they voted for the person who when she said would protect them with preexisting conditions and other issues that honestly affect Americans.

How about running politicians who don't expect people to be fools who are stupid enough to believe their lies?

But what about all those years of those same people screaming they hate government and want nothing from the government? If they are on their own as you say they will be with her, that's exactly what those same people have been screaming about for decades. She should be their perfect politician.

You mean after 2 years trump has not secured the border?

He lied to you?

Or was it he lied to you about our border not being secure?

McCain has poisoned the state. Hopefully libertarians will move in and take the state GOP back from regressive globalists.
