You have demonstrated your willful ignorance and refuse to admit you were wrong, so I'm done with you.Wrong, again, failed human. As you always are.
The trial is underway. A partial summary judgment (incorrectly ruled upon at that) was rendered. It’s not the entire trial, you appallingly ofjorant scumbag.
And it’s not a determination of any punishment. It’s now a determination of alleged “damages.” It’s also to determine the extent of the supposed “disgorgement” which is explicitly not a punishment under the law.
You couldn’t be more stupid if they could give you another lobotomy.
If this judge fines Trump $250,000,000 you better believe that Trump is going to consider it punishment. And it’s not a determination of any punishment. It’s now a determination of alleged “damages.”
Did Deutsche ever file criminal charges or take any legal action? Nope? Whoops, guess these jackholes can't claim the people of New York were somehow slighted by the action! HaHa
You persist in intentionally ignoring reality. You have demonstrated your willful ignorance and refuse to admit you were wrong, so I'm done with you.
When Trump is fined, reality is going to bitch slap your little MAGA face.
Zzz. Why do you assholes always insist that water balloons are bombshells?BREAKING: New York Attorney General Letitia James blindsides Ivanka Trump during today’s testimony by releasing bombshell courtroom evidence that proves that Ivanka was FULLY AWARE that her father Donald Trump committed financial fraud.
Attorney General James showed the judge devastating emails in which Ivanka Trump proposed lowering the required net worth for her father Donald Trump to personally back the Deutsche Bank loan that he eventually ended up receiving.
According to Attorney General James, the final agreement for the Deutsche Bank loan required that Donald Trump, as the guarantor, maintain a minimum net worth of $2.5 billion — down from the initial $3 billion that the bank initially required.
The email revealed by James in court today shows that Ivanka personally proposed a change to lower the net worth requirement for her father to $2 billion — a tacit admission that she KNEW that her father was over-inflating his net worth, which at the time, Donald Trump declared was $4.2 billion on the statement of financial condition that he filed when he applied for the billion dollar loan.
According to Attorney General James, this fraud allowed Trump to obtain better loan rates. An expert witness for the attorney general testified earlier in the trial that Trump’s “ill-gotten gains” from the fraud totaled a whopping $168 million.
Not only is this devastating for Ivanka and Donald Trump in this massive $250 civil fraud trial — it also exposes them to criminal liability, which Attorney General James has hinted she may later charge them criminally.
Zzz. As usual, you libturds are afraid of the truth. If this judge fines Trump $250,000,000 you better believe that Trump is going to consider it punishment.
But he has that many billion. Or even... very, very, very much more.If this judge fines Trump $250,000,000 you better believe that Trump is going to consider it punishment.
Wrong, shit for brains.Using allegedly fraudulent financial statements.
She can't. Sorry.she should plead the 5th.
Donald Trump committed fraud by repeatedly misrepresenting his wealth by hundreds of millions of dollars, a New York judge has ruled.
That has got to be the hottest witness to appear in a courtroom in ages! Love to see that!
I would not expect her to turn states evidence against her dad.
Did Deutsche ever file criminal charges or take any legal action? Nope? Whoops, guess these jackholes can't claim the people of New York were somehow slighted by the action! HaHa
Wonder if any of Joe's money was in there? Joe gets his 10% you know.
