It's your call, but if you can't be seen in Canada I would try to make an appointment in an American Gastroenterology clinic.Sorry to read this. Have you had a colonoscopy? Is the blood coagulated and dark or brighter red? If it's brighter red that's more serious and you need to go in. Can you come across the border and go to an American clinic?
It was bright red yes. Also had very dark, almost black stool, which suggests internal bleeding. Those specific combination of symptoms, were the beginning of this episode.
I appreciate your concern, really. I am hoping to soon have my B.C problem fixed (after an absurd, lengthy and expensive battle relative to the I.D) and I will try to get something done.
If not, I am going to contact my government and ask for coverage in the U.S on humanitarian grounds. We used to have coverage out of country for short periods, now, due to mismanagement of the socialists, that is gone.
