Sorry, there is no concrete evidence that will stand up in court, it is all a matter of opinion. So wait, wut?I decided to check in who financed Jan6th. Guess what, most of the financing goes back to one PAC to the tune of over 3.5 million dollars. And most of the Organizers were recent Rump paid campaign workers including the ones that got the permits. Rump used the Dark Money loophole that he, himself, protected as President to funnel money to himself, his family and his paid supporters that you aren't supposed to know are paid participants.
Trump's political operation paid more than $3.5 million to Jan. 6 organizers
Not only does Rump keep coming up on the money trail but so does Koch Industries. We know of the over 3.5mil from a Rump sponsored PAC but it appears that there was a lot more money spent on this than can be found due to the Dark Money loopholes. And we know it wasn't a poorly funded event. It was well funded and well planned including the invasion of the Capital Building.
Follow the Money.
It is O.K. to equate protesters with rioters on Jan. 6th.
. . . but. . . but. . .

There is a huge difference between a handful of common rioters and over a thousand Insurrectionists attempting to overthrow the United States of America.
NAACP lawsuit will put Trump “out of business,” lawmaker says | WTRF
Excerpt:
Thompson, represented by the NAACP, filed the lawsuit Tuesday alleging that Trump, Giuliani, and the far-right groups Proud Boys and Oath Keepers conspired to incite the attack while lawmakers were gathered to reaffirm President Biden’s Electoral College victory.
The lawsuit accuses them of violating the Ku Klux Klan Act of 1871, which prohibits two or more people from conspiring to “prevent, by force, intimidation, or threat,” any office-holder from performing their duties.
“The act was put in place to protect those members of Congress so that we can actually have a democracy that stands up to the promise of the Constitution, without individuals being in fear of their intimidation or threat to their lives,” Johnson said, adding that the Capitol riots “fit perfectly” into why the legislation was passed.
Thompson compared modern-day extremist groups like the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers to the Ku Klux Klan, claiming the groups “morphed out of the Klan connection.”
NAACP lawsuit will put Trump “out of business,” lawmaker says
Congressman Bennie Thompson, the Democratic lawmaker who is partnering with the NAACP in a lawsuit against former President Trump and Rudy Giuliani, says he is looking forward to his day in court. …www.wtrf.com
I can PROVE, conclusively, that the TRUMP organization prior to the events at the capitol, distanced themselves from the elements that stormed the capitol. And this is well known, it is in the public domain.
Lord only knows what a decent law firm can get a hold of. I have a suspicion this lawsuit is motivated by big media to keep Trump's name in the press, so that Ad sponsers can keep their viewers interested. Nothing sells like Trump rage.
You want facts? Here they are. You want to follow the money? Here you go.
Followers of Nick Fuentes began to be known as Groypers beginning in 2019. In September 2019, Ashley St. Clair, a "brand ambassador" for the conservative student group Turning Point USA, was photographed at an event featuring several allegedly white nationalist and alt-right figures, including Fuentes, Jacob Wohl, and Anthime Gionet, better known as "Baked Alaska". After Right Wing Watch brought the photographs to Turning Point USA's attention, the organization issued a statement declaring that it had severed ties with St. Clair, and condemning white nationalism as "abhorrent and un-American".[20][21] At the 2019 Politicon convention, Fuentes tried to access several of the Turning Point USA events featuring its founder Charlie Kirk, including a line to take photos with Kirk and Kirk's debate with Kyle Kulinski of The Young Turks. Security repeatedly barred him from being allowed anywhere near Kirk, with Fuentes accusing Kirk of deliberately suppressing him in order to avoid a confrontation, as Fuentes had grown critical of Kirk's positions, which he believes are too weak.[15]Groypers - Wikipedia

It seems, the Fuentes guy is the epicenter of the trouble of the more, how shall we say, more unsavory parts that the Trump faction does not approve of.
. . . and it appears, they may have been getting funding, in bitcoin. . . from France? Of all places? wtf?!
Fuentes was among the far-right individuals and groups who participated in the rallies that led up to 2021 storming of the United States Capitol.[21][16] His DLive channel was subsequently suspended permanently for "inciting violent and illegal activities."[33][17] He was also among a group of far-right activists and groups who received large donations in bitcoin from a French donor on December 8. Fuentes received 13.5 bitcoin (approximately $250,000), which was by far the largest share. The donor also posted an apparent suicide note, according to Blockchain analysis group Chainalysis, although the donor's status has not been confirmed.[34][35][36][37] The FBI is launching an investigation as to whether any of this money went toward the financing of illegal acts, such as the storming of the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021.[38]

Just light reading. . . if anyone is interested in the footnotes, we all know how biased the wiki is. . . but I thought this was all interesting.
As you can see. . . this Fuentes guy was being paid by foreigners. I did eventually look into some of these articles, and it turns out he was not nabbed for going into the capitol. BUT, it would not surprise me to find out he was one of the masked folks that planted those bombs at the GOP or DNC headquarters.
Time may yet tell.
Those external links disagreed with what was published in the Wiki about how much was paid to these groups in bitcoin, but the point here is, ANYONE could be behind this, our own intel, or, more likely, private intel groups.
. . . but, as even the wiki shows, the Trump organization and Turning point had severed ties with these folks. This WILL come out in court. . . so if you guys want to hold out hope that you will see Trump crucified? Go ahead. I am telling you, the corporate media, which is in service to the Deep State, is conning you.
So are you saying that Fuentes was manipulating Trump? How did Fuentes manipulate Trump to fire off hundreds of Tweets and make so many incendiary speeches on TV?
