What is disgusting and dangerous is when our elected officials consider themselves above the law and will not answer allegations under oath. Essentially Trump and his inner circle pleaded the 5th.

No because Trump has no power over the courts therefore no pressure or threats. Trump is an ordinary citizen and has been nearly the last two years. Gag orders are used to disable an accused from intimidating witnesses.

He told them to go there but not once told them to riot or break into the Capitol. They took that upon themselves. Trump can't be responsible for the actions of other people.
