But in GOP 2016, if jeb drop out early most of them not gonna vote for Trump.

Part of his damage is caused by his campaign staff. Who ever did the bad photoshop leaving Jeb with a black man's hand was a stupid mistake. Not so the camoaign spot showing Jeb as an emergetic and active governor. Those 15 year old clips just make the Jeb of today look old, tired and a bit feeble.
