looking for a general discussion Democrat or Republican/Independent on who his presuptive running VP should be, and list the qualificatios they have. What qualifications America expects of them after all many say JOE BIDEN 's age and health could be an issue for 4 years?

No qualifications needed. Must be female, must be black. That's what Biden said. They could be dumber than dirt and it wouldn't matter. If he bails IF elected and the VP takes over, even she will not be calling the shots. Its someone else doing that. The question is...WHO?
