John Miller just called a New York station to announce his appointment.

John Barron will be his stand-in when he is out of town.

John Miller has been an on-again, off-again spokesman for President-elect Trump since the 1970s, and is said to know Donald Trump almost better than the man knows himself.

He will be an excellent defender of President Trump's many wild claims and 3 am tweets.

Miller said he is going to completely revamp the White House Press Corps. He said he is going to make press conferences great again! He isn't even going to move to Washington. He will be literally phoning it in, which has been his format for over 40 years now. He said that was all the lying mainstream media deserves, and modern technology has made telephony as good as his physical presence.

All White House press conferences will still be done in the storied White House Briefing Room, but Miller will take questions over the phone as he explains/defends the policies and statements of his boss, President Trump.
