decade after decade the Republican party gets slapped by the courts for their cheating.
decade after decade moraless cons defend the cheating
Well, it depends on what the meaning of "is" is....
Seems your side has the definition of cheating sewed up.....
all you have is smears and pictures of skinny black guys in front of a polling place.
I provided the court documentation which spans decades which proves the republican partys non stop cheating in elections
They keep breaking the consent decree.
with no protection of voters and only intentions to keep people from voting
They keep breaking the consent decree.
with no protection of voters and only intentions to keep people from voting
Going to court and trying to get the decree lifted is NOT breaking the decree you nitwit.

No, but it is behaving like a little bitch.

No, but it is behaving like a little bitch.
Both political parties act like little bitches....... That doesn't change the fact that going to court to try to get a decree removed is NOT breaking the decree.
Because dimwits hate voters proving themselves, they love illegal votes, mean they win.Republicans lose appeal on poll-watching tactics
The Republican National Committee on Thursday lost a bid to dissolve a decades-old legal agreement with the Democratic National Committee over the GOP's use of improper election tactics.
The agreement dates to 1982, when the Republican National Committee settled a lawsuit brought by the Democratic National Committee accusing the GOP of trying to intimidate minority voters. Under the agreement, the Republican National Committee must obtain court approval before implementing certain poll-monitoring activities in minority precincts.
From the link, it seems that the Republicans wanted to be certain that a voter was who he said he was....
...as in photo ID.
Is that the argument?
If so, why would you be opposed to same?

Its because voter photo ID laws will deny far more votes to eligible voters than to ineligible voters.
The right wing would be happy if no one was allowed to vote because it would mean no illegal votes would be cast.

Are you honestly going to stand there and tell me there are more people commiting voter fraud than people who don't have photo ID's?
Jeez, get real. Is everything on the right based on paranoia to the extreme?

What?
You make no sense at all.
A voter ID law denies an ineligible voter the ability to cast a vote which he is not entitled to cast anyway.
Denying even one ineligible voter the ability to cast an illegal vote is a worthwhile objective.
How a move that will hamper only those who try to vote without the right to vote from casting a vote is generalized by idiots like you into some racist scheme remains unexplained. And there's a reason for that. It's because there is no sense at all in your pablum puke bullshit lies.

Not if it denies the vote to eligible voters.

??? How will it hamper only those who try to vote without the right to vote? Are you stupid? It hampers any eligible voter without a picture ID! DUH! That's kinda obvious moron.

How hard is it to get an ID?
Assuming you're a citizen.

That and blind dogma.
But thats otherwise correct: because voter fraud is statistically non-existent, a voter ID law would indeed prevent more eligible voters from voting than ineligible.
Voting fraud is non existant. The GOP doesn't see the forest through the trees. If they are really worried about a problem with voting it is that only about 38% of the registered voters vote at all. Their energy would be better spent giving the voting public something worth voting for and thereby tapping into the vast majority of Americans that don't give a fuck.
