Judge tells republican party NO again

Stop using lies and start using facts

decade after decade the Republican party gets slapped by the courts for their cheating.

decade after decade moraless cons defend the cheating

Well, it depends on what the meaning of "is" is....

Seems your side has the definition of cheating sewed up.....

all you have is smears and pictures of skinny black guys in front of a polling place.

I provided the court documentation which spans decades which proves the republican partys non stop cheating in elections

What more do you need? THey're black. They're standing outside. THey must be up to no good. And we know they are taking orders directly from the DNC just because we know this. God, stop being stupid! Take off your blinders and read Drudge!

They keep breaking the consent decree.

with no protection of voters and only intentions to keep people from voting

Going to court and trying to get the decree lifted is NOT breaking the decree you nitwit.

No, but it is behaving like a little bitch.

Both political parties act like little bitches....... That doesn't change the fact that going to court to try to get a decree removed is NOT breaking the decree.

Republicans lose appeal on poll-watching tactics

The Republican National Committee on Thursday lost a bid to dissolve a decades-old legal agreement with the Democratic National Committee over the GOP's use of improper election tactics.

The agreement dates to 1982, when the Republican National Committee settled a lawsuit brought by the Democratic National Committee accusing the GOP of trying to intimidate minority voters. Under the agreement, the Republican National Committee must obtain court approval before implementing certain poll-monitoring activities in minority precincts.

From the link, it seems that the Republicans wanted to be certain that a voter was who he said he was....
...as in photo ID.

Is that the argument?

If so, why would you be opposed to same?
Because dimwits hate voters proving themselves, they love illegal votes, mean they win.

Its because voter photo ID laws will deny far more votes to eligible voters than to ineligible voters.

The right wing would be happy if no one was allowed to vote because it would mean no illegal votes would be cast.

Are you honestly going to stand there and tell me there are more people commiting voter fraud than people who don't have photo ID's?

Jeez, get real. Is everything on the right based on paranoia to the extreme?

What?

You make no sense at all.

A voter ID law denies an ineligible voter the ability to cast a vote which he is not entitled to cast anyway.

Denying even one ineligible voter the ability to cast an illegal vote is a worthwhile objective.

How a move that will hamper only those who try to vote without the right to vote from casting a vote is generalized by idiots like you into some racist scheme remains unexplained. And there's a reason for that. It's because there is no sense at all in your pablum puke bullshit lies.

Not if it denies the vote to eligible voters.

??? How will it hamper only those who try to vote without the right to vote? Are you stupid? It hampers any eligible voter without a picture ID! DUH! That's kinda obvious moron.

EDIT: And on the other hand, anyone who can pull off a fake ID good enough to pass a seasonal poll worker's muster can vote illegally!

How would a voter ID law deny a vote to an ELIGIBLE voter, you dipshit?

Bullshit, you fucking dishonest moron. If you are eligible to vote, you fucking idiot, you can also get your fucking ID. It is not exactly difficult. It's so fucking simple even a tool of your pitiable intellectual capacity should be able to figure it out.

If you are ineligible to vote, then having a pretty state issued ID card will not help you since it only establishes WHO you are.

It does NOT hamper those WITH the right to vote.

It is unclear of you are really as tragically stupid as your posts suggest or if you just are a transparently pathetic liar.

How hard is it to get an ID?
Assuming you're a citizen.

Of course, if you're too dumb to get an ID, you'll be a Dem voter, so it will suppress the Dem vote. It'll also keep the dead and the illegals from voting, two more Dem voting blocks. No wonder they're in a panic. It could stop them from ever winning another Federal election.

Jeez, get real. Is everything on the right based on paranoia to the extreme?

That and blind dogma.

But that’s otherwise correct: because voter fraud is statistically non-existent, a voter ID law would indeed prevent more eligible voters from voting than ineligible.

Bullshit. Speaking of blind dogma. You can add dumb dogma to that.

You claim is sheer fantasy. There's no truth to it and no proof for it.

A voter ID law would hamper just those who aren't eligible to vote in the first place.

Period.

Voting fraud is non existant. The GOP doesn't see the forest through the trees. If they are really worried about a problem with voting it is that only about 38% of the registered voters vote at all. Their energy would be better spent giving the voting public something worth voting for and thereby tapping into the vast majority of Americans that don't give a fuck.

That, and the fact that the more Americans vote, the less they vote for R's. Republican candidates are anti-America and anti-American. Even those who say they'll vote R say they're "holding their nose" to do it because they know the frontrunner is heavily invested outside the US.

If it were a Dem candidate who has his money in off shore banks and owns interest in off shore business, they'd be screeching their heads off - and rightly so. Because its Mittens, they hold their nose.

Hypocrites, yes, but rw's always are. They have no other choice.

Feel sorry for them - How would you, as a Lib/Dem like to have your candidate known, by his top people, as Mr. Etch-A-Sketch and know that his own wife knows he's not capable of speaking for himself!

Glad to hear this. Voter fraud is how Bush got in and I suspect a lot of people don't want a repeat of that fiasco.
