Kagan proves she can't see the Constitution because she is looking at / for and measuring the 'Left' and 'Right'.

She has her own ideological bias, as revealed in her words.

'There must be a counter-balance, an equal representation of the Left to counter that if the 'Right' so the court remains in the 'Middle'.


Kavanaugh is a strict 'Constitutionalist' - no 'Left' or 'Right'...just what it is / what the Founding Fathers said / intended.

Picks to the Supreme Court ;have always been partisan.............She is a partisan pick..........She never served as a sitting Judge until getting to the Supremes....................The left picked those who were teachers.........so they can never be judged on their decisions in the Real World.................

Kagan is the better worded of them..........Even though we don't agree with her views.........she is talented on presenting them.......Soto is the court jester.
