As was said in the video, there is no official czar anything, but clearly in the video you can see Biden directing Kamala to oversee the border.

The bottom line is, at no other time in history has immigration been such a problem, with record numbers coming across the border under Biden/Harris. And they waited 3 and a half years to offer legislation to try and fix it?
