Not so sure I agree with that. It's a tough situation, but he's getting a grip on it in a more humane way than T**** did, more in line with America's values. I think his common sense is showing, too, with some of the policies he's continued from the previous administration. No one can solve the border crisis without immigration reform. But it's a third rail for DC, so who knows if it will ever get fixed. You see the link…Biden is doing a terrible job unfortunatelyOkay, if you say so. I'm not going to argue numbers with you. I don't understand what I did wrong with those other #'s but 98% sounded awfully high to me, too. Your quote is only for Title 42, though. What about Title 8 ?66% under BidenTitle 42...To help prevent the introduction of COVID-19 into border facilities and into the United States, persons subject to the order will not be held in congregate areas for processing and instead will immediately be expelled to their country of last transit. In the event a person cannot be returned to the country of last transit, CBP works with interagency partners to secure expulsion to the person’s country of originShow me the math? I do Not see it that way? Please
TITLE 8: Inadmissibles refers to individuals encountered at ports of entry who are seeking lawful admission into the United States but are determined to be inadmissible, individuals presenting themselves to seek humanitarian protection under our laws, and individuals who withdraw an application for admission and return to their countries of origin within a short timeframe.

Rising Border Encounters in 2021: An Overview and Analysis
This Council fact sheet provides an overview and analysis of border encounters and border apprehensions in 2021.www.americanimmigrationcouncil.org
The Biden administration continues to rapidly expel most people encountered at the border. In the first three full months of the Biden administration, 65.9% of all people encountered at the border were expelled under Title 42 (see Figure 3). While unaccompanied children and some families at the border have been allowed to come into the country and challenge their deportation in immigration court, they represent just 37.7% of total apprehensions over that period
I know President Biden isn't above putting a big spin on things, but 37% sounds high.
