Ryan is about show his hand here. If he pushes to a vote knowing that he does not have the count to pass this thing, then he is obviously sabotaging Trumps efforts not only to repeal and replace Obamacare, but also the rest of his anti-Washington agenda from tax cuts to dismantling the Deep State.

It is becoming more and more clear that Ryan is deliberately failing on Trumps agenda, if he pushes for a vote without a chance of winning.

Otherwise he needs to do the rational thing and withdraw the legislation until he and the various elements of the GOP can hammer out their differences and pass the legislation.
