BREAKING: Supreme Court rules Trump is entitled to some immunity in Jan. 6 case

The impeachment clause is not all impacted by sovereignty immunity or the courts ruling. It only applies to officials acts. Official acts aren’t high crimes or misdemeanors

Like this isn’t hard to grasp, unless you want to ignore reality and push a false narrative to promote your agenda to undermine our constitution and the judicial branch
Sure it is. This court has now said. Regardless of impeachment. The president is now immune from all prosecution for all acts belonging to his "core duties." And presumptively immune for all official acts on the "outer perimeter" of his duties.

It can't be more profoundly impacted.

Hahaha no they didn’t. The court said the president is immune from criminal prosecution for official acts.

Which aren’t high crimes and misdemeanors. Thus not impeachable

But, not if Congress did impeach, he can still be prosecuted.

You are grappling with the fact you don’t understand the law

So you are now claiming you can't be impeached for "official actions", that's interesting.

So a judge taking a bribe for a particular verdict, can't be impeached? What about a head of immigration not acting on his official duties?

Oh, here's a good one. What about a Vice-president pressuring a foreign government to fire a prosecutor?

You really haven't thought the position through.

There are quite a few examples off impeachments for official actions, in fact, that's most often why someone will be impeached.

Those are extreme exaggeration scenarios,
The wise latina suggest Biden sending assassination squads after Trump. And you think rape is extreme?
but....from what i understand, he could commit criminal acts with his admin and cabinet or witnessed by them, and it would take a near miracle to charge or convict him of those crimes ...without law enforcement being able to force via subpoena his cabinet or administration to testify about the crimes they were witness or a party, to.
They can be subpoena'd and talk to law enforcement, it's just not admissible in court in a criminal prosecution of the President.
