I've had pneumonia a few times. It's caused by an inability for the lungs to clear a buildup of liquid caused by infection. I spend alot of time in air-handlers and HVAC systems, so the dust and bacteria that collect in them gets into my lungs. It becomes worse when the weather turns cold. Warm weather and fresh air doesn't worsen your symptoms, they actually help you to breathe. A cold blast of icy air will cause you to go into coughing fits.

No, Hillary has numerous health issues and pneumonia is just a symptom of their presence.
