The Left conspired to hide the out of proportion disruption of public schools by minority students.

The Obama administration threatened any school that disciplined black and Hispanic students beyond the rate of white and Asian kids, with DoJ racial charges.

The Obamunists bribed police to overlook charges that should have been brought against minority youth.

This resulted in Nikolas Cruz being able to pass a background check, and purchase weapons used to kill 17 innocents.

That's a conspiracy.

Cruz was white, as are most of the Parkland students.
Once a kid is in the juvenile system, their life is on a downward spiral. FACT. It's true that a lot of kids will take that merry path no matter what; some have mental problems too severe to handle in a "normal" school and should be elsewhere (which they did with Cruz, actually). But there is nothing wrong with the concept of the Promise Program and it has no doubt helped a lot of kids. It's not about their ethnicity.
