Liberals think that professor's conservative beliefs border on "hate speech"

Conservatives need their own colleges and universities. Then they won't have to deal with liberals.

Anybody who expresses beliefs that run counter to liberal beliefs is practicing "hate speech".

That's the new schtick that the liberals are trying to shove down our throats.

Funny coming from a guy who posts nothing but hate on daily basis.

Not just him.

And, if the prof had been saying anything progressive and intelligent, some rw's would be screeching to hang him. To them oppressive is good. Freedom is bad.

Some of you here may be too young to remember that that is exactly what Adolph Hitler did and said about "hate speech" against the 3rd Reicht. I think it's time to stop considering LGBT as a benign group of fun-loving sex deviants with a pedophile messiah and instead start taking them seriously as a fascist cult hellbent on overthrowing democracy.

Do these faggots realize that "hate speech" does not exist in the US? That they need to go to a fucking socialist country without free speech for them to jail views they don't agree with?

CU-Boulder faculty chairman: Steven Hayward's comments border on hate speech - Boulder Daily Camera

I have read Hayward's blog post and find it objectionable and demeaning to its targets, but I find it quite a bit short of "hate speech". The remedy to such speech is public debate and ridicule. I think this is the gist of the CU-Boulder faculty chairman's argument. Neither he nor any one else is suggesting censorship.

Hate speech is something that is criminalizes. He wants European type laws where people can be thrown in jail for stating fact or opinions.
