A woman in college recently was sentenced to life in prison for killing her new born baby.

She apparently knew she was pregnant and tried to kill it by drinking heavily and falling on her stomach, but to no avail. She gave birth and then stuck it in a garbage back and threw it in a dumpster and got caught.

And to think, all she had to do was to go to a PP and have a doctor suck its brains out so he could throw it in their dumpster, all perfectly legal.

If the state is to continue to impose a penalty for killing your offspring, the least they could do is provide a developmental chart of some kind

For example, if the infant is 1 month to 2 months you must do some sort of community service for killing your offspring.

Then from 3 months to 5 months you should have to pay a small fine.

Then from 6 months to a year you should be forced to be in intern for Donald Trump, ect.

So penalty for killing will be based soley upon how developed the life you are killing actually is when it is terminated.
