The Political Elites are so confident they're above the law, this one basically just told folks up front and publicly, that the fix is in. She has no fear at all of any negative repercussions. She truly believes she's untouchable.

But the real question is, does anybody care? It doesn't look like very many Americans do. They're pretty content just as long as it doesn't interrupt them stuffing their fat faces, watching their porn/sports/reality tv, and shopping till they drop. That's just the sad reality.
