This is what the ghetto dwellers did with the Los Angeles buy back 10 years ago...when they realized what they did they stopped the program...why there are still buy backs is a mystery to me other than symbolism over substance...hell I would trade two of my used guns that I don't want for a new gun I do want anyday....Thanks libtards!
