Manufacturing Investment is Soaring

President Biden's stewardship of the economy has been second to none. The CHIPS Act and Infrastructure Bill will benefit the nation for at least a generation. Of course, that is dependent upon Trump not getting elected and screwing it all up.

The only way is for the greenies to ban internal combustion cars

And that's why it isn't going to happen.

All these EV targets are for years in the future. That makes progressive politicians feel good now as it virtue signals to their base. But there is absolutely no way that those targets will be hit. We cannot produce EVs fast enough nor do we have the infrastructure to produce the required electricity. These targets will eventually be extended well into the future and probably won't be hit in our lifetimes.

Greenies are convinced that the man-made global warming DOOMSDAY myth is real

Because of that they are not making rational decisions and will likely push up their date for banning gas cars even if it means the public has to walk or ride a bicycle

The costs are much higher than the Left is letting on. That's another reason why it won't happen.

The left is totally freaked out over global warming

They dont care how much it costs to save the planet from absolute destruction

The line went parabolic in 2022. You can see the graph and download the data here.

Q4 2016 - $77.704 billion
Q4 2019 - $71.601 billion
Q4 2020 - $64.835 billion
Q1 2021 - $66.582 billion
Q2 2021 - $66.467 billion
Q2 2024 - $155.08 billion

This has never been seen before.

This is due to the misnamed Inflation Reduction Act, the Chips and Science Act, and a push to bring supply chains away from China.

How many of these factories are Chinese-owned, hmm?
