The suspect was known to Edmonton Police. Knecht said officers had gone to the north Edmonton home twice: once this year, and once in November 2012, where a man was charged with domestic violence, sexual assault and uttering threats.

JOLIET – Police say two gang associates and an innocent bystander were shot Wednesday in an ambush near a grocery store.

None of the victims' wounds were considered life-threatening, Police Chief Brian Benton said.

Four juveniles were wounded in a shooting outside of a house party in Fairfield on Saturday night, police said today.
Police said officers responded around 10:20 p.m. to reports of a fight and shots fired in front of a home in the 2400 block of Orchid Street where a large party was taking place.
