MASSIVE Conflict of Interest - Biden DOJ Injecting Itself Into Az Election Audit

The audit not over. Lindell had not gone to court. More stupid from you.
Sure. Put faith into the addict pillow guy who claims Trump is going to be in office in August. Putting your faith in the nutty “cyber ninjas” too.

It’s not like this is the first instances or people going to court.
I will put my faith in the illegal ballots they produce from the audit. Lindell needs his day in court.
You put your faith in lunatics.

Lindell is a disaster.
We will never run out of lawyers.
You’ve run out of good lawyers.
You don't know that. Why even say it?

Sure do. Just look at the B team Trump had working for him before Biden’s inauguration.

That’s nobody’s first choice.

The order itself is a giant conflict of interest, since it's being done by a pro Trump group, and only being allowed oversight by a pro Trump far-right news Outlet. The Republicans completely refused to allow any third-party oversight in the audit. And they have refused to allow any type of third party review of the findings. The entire audit is designed so that trumper's can simply make things up and have no mechanism in place to review their claims. There is also no oversight in what cyber ninja is doing with the voting machines they were given access to to the point that the Federal Election Commission has ordered that every machine they were given access to be destroyed and banned in future use
Illegal ballots are proof of fraud. They are not ideas, they are pieces of paper and evidence. Next.
and I'll be waiting for cyber ninjas to re-release every detail of their audit to the public and show evidence that they found illegal balllota..

Unless they show in detail every single thing they did during the audit and their information and findings are independently verified I'm not going to trust a single thing they say.

Every time a Democrat DOJ gets involved in anything incriminating to the establishment, they always use the same tactics. Obstruct and delay. This stolen election might just be their Waterloo.

Arizona's audit can continue...it just needs to follow the legal statute....

The State election committee, has to have legal custody of the ballots to make certain they are kept secure and maintain integrity...

So, with a few minor changes, the audit can continue.

Maricopa County election officials admitted to auditors today that they do not have possession of administrative passwords that grant full control over the voting machines used in the 2020 election. Those machines and ballots are currently being audited by a third party group hired by the state Senate to determine the degree of voter fraud that took place in November.
Maricopa County officials do not have the administrative passwords for the voting machine. Whether they’re lying or not, this is bad. If they’re lying, that means they know something funny was done to the machines and vote totals that can be discovered if they hand over the administrative passwords. If they are telling the truth, then they really had no control over the election they were charged with managing and an outside, non-government force was actually in control.
“It is a chain-of-custody, it is a control issue,” Solomon said.
Dominion has been on a lawsuit tour of the media for weeks as they threaten to sue anyone who claims they participated in voter fraud. Meanwhile, Democrats, including the Department of Justice, have been doing everything they can to halt the audits. It’s as if everyone who was potentially involved in the theft of the 2020 presidential election is pulling out all stops to prevent the truth from coming out.
The Department of Justice is even weighing in despite the fact that the Constitution forbids federal interference in state elections, including this audit. Just The News reported earlier today:
The Justice Department is raising concerns about ballot security and possible voter intimidation in the Arizona GOP Senate’s private recount of the 2020 election results. The head of the department’s Civil Rights Division sent a letter Wednesday to state GOP Senate President Karen Fann saying the use of an outside contractor to investigate the ballots may be against federal law.
Federal law requires ballots to remain in the control of election officials for 22 months, according to The Associated Press. They physical audit of the results in the state’s Maricopa County is being conducted by Florida-based cyber-security company Cyber Ninjas. Pamela S. Karlan, the department’s principal deputy assistant attorney general says the outsourcing could amount to illegal voter intimidation.

That's old, worthless news.

Catch up.

This is just straight up not true. The passwords in question were for altering firmware. It didn't really have anything to do with how the election was run.

Could the election be run without the firmware?

So... the DOJ is going to investigate whether any Federal laws were broken during the course of the Arizona GOP Fraudulent Voting Audit?

No big deal... if the lying sacks-of-$hit in the Arizona GOP haven't broken any laws, then they have nothing whatsoever to worry about.

Meanwhile... if those sorry-a$$ed liars and frauds haven't found anything substantial in all these months, they aren't going to find anything with more time.

It's a goddamned GOP circle-jerk that will be laughed off the airwaves and out of the courts at virtually all levels of sane American society.

As to Arizona GOP threats to make trouble for or to imprison Federal officials involved in any such investigation, well...

I'm sure the US Department of Justice and its leadership and staff are just a-shakin' in their booties over threats from those pu$$ie$... :auiqs.jpg:

The whole administration is in a panic. They have to keep somethings legal. They do not like that.

Want to be informed? Watch this.

Bed wetters CAN NOT be informed. They're programmed to resist information, and many are deliberately ignorant.

That is a good video though, it almost makes me optimistic that the democrook's capacity to replicate their crime will be diminished.

It could be run just fine without accessing the firmware.

one reason is that local election officials are receiving death threats

"Democracy is snuffed out in stages. It starts with a fascist demagogue turning a hefty percentage of the citizenry against democracy. But at some point, the plot must advance from the rhetorical to the mechanical—the death sentence has to be carried out by willing participants, state legislators mostly, who write laws that simply invalidate a democratic process that has been accepted for decades by both parties, until now. Until Trump."

Sry, that is the state's matter. Feds has no say on the issue. Did you forget the SCOTUS ruling last year? I was wondering the base on the DOJ
Read the constitution, it gives congress the right to dictate how federal elections are held, with the only thing they can't change is the place of election.
Nope. The Constitution gives the state legislatures the authority to

"The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof"

Try reading the whole thing.

The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators.

Congress exercised this power in 1842 to require members of the House of Representatives to be elected from congressional districts.

Of the really low (dumb) end of what the dem party employs to post here, those are the ones just spewing hate and lies here.

It is perfectly clear that the Democrat party does not support democracy...

Republicans do not support democracy. That is why they are making it harder to vote. How they want to trample on free speech rights.
Then why did your party take the all-star game out of Georgia, and take it to Colorado? You know the state that has stricter voting rules and is mostly white? You’re a tool. Lol

I vote for the best person for the job. That was not Trump. Colorado does not have stricter voting laws. The vast majority of voters in Colorado vote by mail. Colorado is expanding the number of drop boxes while Georgia is cutting them drastically. Colorado also does not ban people from distributing water.

All you are distributing is right wing talking points that have no basis in reality.
Colorado has voter id.

Colorado does not require voter id on mail in ballots in which nearly every voter uses. Also Colorado allows voters to use a wide range of id including bank statements, utility bills, medicare and medicaid cards. Colorado accepts 16 different forms for id.
They require an id.

They do not require ids on mail-in ballots. Mail in ballots are used by over 90% of voters in Colorado. Again they accept 16 different types of id.

Every time a Democrat DOJ gets involved in anything incriminating to the establishment, they always use the same tactics. Obstruct and delay. This stolen election might just be their Waterloo.

You are the ones who are trying to obstruct.

That is a smokescreen.

The DOJ has every right to enforce federal laws. Destruction of the ballots and attempted intimidation of voters is a federal concern. Anyone who tries to violate either should be arrested immediately.

In that case the election officials in every Democrat precinct should be arrested.
