The numbers will soar once again.
The dip is due to all the dead people involved in violent crime being dead.
Can't kill them twice you know.
In fact maybe the real answer is to proliferate guns....after brief uptick in the numbers I guaran-fuckin-tee they will drop off like a dried up umbilical cord.
