According to what you posted, it was due Sep 26th, it wasn't filed until Oct 2nd.

That’s the public motion which was redacted and published as a result of the judge’s decision to unseal it.

Yet he filed it 6 days late, go figure. Barely a month before the election, it's was all planned. Makes you wonder why he wasn't chastised or sanctioned by the commie judge. Of course she wasted no time in getting it out to the public. Kind of looks like it was planned that way.

You know Smith filed two motions, what you posted was the second (redacted) version.

Obviously they didn’t file the motion for immunity on October 2nd because the judge ruled on October 2nd to release it after reviewing the motion from Sept 27th. It doesn’t make any sense.
