Merrick Garland Does His Election Interference Act by Giving Jack Smith the OK to Re-Indict Trump

If any had any doubt what a miserable partisan hack Garland is, that doubt was washed away today.

Hell, the DOJ has a 90-day rule, no indictments within 90 days of an election, violated their own rule.

1. Election interference, big time, by Reichsleiter Merrick Garland (who had to approve this). This is so obvious that it will likely gain Trump hundreds of thousands of votes in the next few days (early voting begins in some states next week).

2. Seems to be a violation of the laches doctrine and I expect Trump attorneys to move to dismiss because of laches, and whatever Chutkin does will go to the DC Circuit Court of Appeals, then back to SCOTUS.

That is how worried the Democrats are.
He can’t undo the courts order, up to the circuit court of appeals

That is true. After a bloody struggle for power after Lenin's death in1924, Stalin emerged head of the Communist Party and established Stalinism which is the fascist/totalitarians stage of Marxism. In the 1930's he ordered the public show trials dubbed the "the Moscow trials" to publicly shame, discredit and silence any remaining criticism and/or opposition to the Russian Communist Party. Using manufactured charges to bring political opponents to trial, no judge dared challenge Stalin by not delivering a conviction. Those convicted were imprisoned; many were executed.

"The case came to the Court on an accelerated basis. In August 2023, a grand jury indicted former President Donald Trump on four charges related to his actions after the 2020 presidential election. On Feb. 6, 2024, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit ruled that Special Counsel Jack L. Smith could move forward with a trial. On Feb. 28, 2024, the Supreme Court granted a stay of that decision, and accepted review of the case, holding oral arguments in the case on April 25."
