Just hand him over to the nearest sanctuary city, they'll want to protect him.

A Mexican man accused of raping a 13-year-old girl on a Greyhound bus that traveled through Kansas had been deported 10 times and voluntarily removed from the U.S. another nine times since 2003, records obtained by The Associated Press show.

Three U.S. Republican senators — including Kansas' Jerry Moran and Pat Roberts — demanded this month that the Department of Homeland Security provide immigration records for 38-year-old Tomas Martinez-Maldonado, who is charged with a felony in the alleged Sept. 27 attack aboard a bus in Geary County. He is being held in the Geary County jail in Junction City, which is about 120 miles west of Kansas City.

U.S. Sen. Charles Grassley, from Iowa and chairman of the judiciary committee, co-signed a Dec. 9 letter with Moran and Roberts to Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson, calling it "an extremely disturbing case" and questioning how Martinez-Maldonado was able to re-enter and remain in the country.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement said it has placed a detainer — a request to turn Martinez-Maldonado over to ICE custody before he is released — with Geary County. ICE declined to discuss his specific case beyond its October statement regarding the 10 deportations.

Court filings show Martinez-Maldonado has two misdemeanor convictions for entering without legal permission in cases prosecuted in 2013 and 2015 in U.S. District Court of Arizona, where he was sentenced to serve 60 days and 165 days respectively.

A status hearing in the rape case is scheduled for Jan. 10. Defense attorney Lisa Hamer declined to comment on the charge, but said, "criminal law and immigration definitely intersect and nowadays it should be the responsibility of every criminal defense attorney to know the possible ramifications in the immigration courts."

So there ARE rapists coming across the border? I was told that was a preposterous claim.

I think everybody should get at least 20 chances. Who knows, that guy could cure cancer.

Makes you wonder why the GOP governors of Arizona and Kansas are so soft on Crime as to allow this guy to roam the streets.... Dont' worry; just blame Obama and move on.

Hey lying turd, how can they catch him when liberal filth like you refuses to allow cops to do their job, or applauds when sanctuary cities block federal law enforcement from doing theirs?

Hmmm...I'm not allowing cops to do their jobs? We have something like what 5 million people in Prison.... you're an idiot.

Not sure who you're talking about.

From 2015.
Make National Security a priority. The wall (on both borders) is part of it. Simply because it limits the payload one brings with them from across the border. Then the ID card helps weed out internal threats. You then get rid of blatantly stupid policies such as sanctuary cities and officials who "look the other way". If you break the law, you need to be punished. Illegal immigration is against the law.

Stupid turd, liberal filth like you stopped programs like stop and frisk which were successful at ridding gang members and other criminals of their guns; just ask the people of south and west chicago after last weekend how they feel about liberals and their anti-gun laws there.

Which proves that all those libs who have denied that we have an open border, OR who claim to NOT be for an open border, are fucking liars.

And they have enabled the rape of our nation's children for political gain.

How you can say that with a straight face is beyond me. Arizona for one thing tried to take care of situations like this on their own, however anything they try they get challenged by the Obama administration. Dimocrats actively work to protect illegals.
