It isn’t Democrats or the Nation that is doing this. It is a single State, and they have no agreement with Mexico. There is a solution however.
Pass an amendment kicking Texas out of the Union and let them be an independent nation. The Republic of Texas.

The border states suffer the most because of illegal immigration and now we see that the Democrats think any state that will uphold our laws, should be kicked out of the USA.

No they are not upholding the laws. The Constitution gives the decisions on immigration to the Federal Government. If Texas was upholding the law, they would be continuing to work with, instead of against, those with the authority and power to do something. Maybe the Texas Representatives and Senators could have voted on the border bill.

Of you are a member of a club, and don’t want to abide by the rules, they kick you out. If you are a member of society and don’t abide by the rules they penalize you. Texas doesn’t want to abide by the rules, so kick them the hell out. Then Texas would have the power to do any old thing they wanted on immigration wouldn’t they?

If Texas wants their own laws on immigration they need to be a country and not a State. I say make it happen.

March 19 (UPI) -- Mexico will not accept migrants deported by Texas, its foreign ministry said after the U.S. Supreme Court let stand a controversial law that allows Texas police to arrest people suspected of crossing into the state illegally.

The foreign ministry issued the statement Tuesday, condemning Texas Senate Bill 4, which makes it a criminal offense to illegally cross in to Texas via the Texas-Mexico border. The law also requires Texas judges to order those convicted to be returned to Mexico.

Local police arrest suspects every single day, that have broken Federal Law. Most likely, Texas does not have to make a law in regards to illegal immigration. I am sure, there is a nice old law on the books in Texas that already addresses entering Texas, illegally.

Having said all of that there just has to be a better way to do this. Assuming that the percentage of the people crossing are cartel hacks with kidnapped children pretending to be a family... I'm also sure that the greater portion of them are just human beings suffering terribly looking for a better life.

I'm not sure what we can or can't do for them but the current situation seems to be unacceptable from both standpoints.

what we should do is many things

A buffer zone, 1 mile deep into mexico that we will cross into to prevent illegal entry into the USA

Diplomatic, we demand Mexico stop illegal entry into the USA from their border
Diplomatic, we demand Mexico develop a program for the poor, to educate them and take care of their basic needs, thus preventing Mexicans or other nationalities from needed to cross into the USA
Diplomatic, we demand Mexico end narcotic crimes
Diplomatic, we demand Mexican territory, land, be forfeited to the USA as compensation for every illegal alien in the USA. 50 million illegal aliens, equals 50 million acres of land Mexico owes us.

Or foreign policy with our neighbors must be strict. Mexico is a failed nation. Millions every year, for decades flee the corruption, violence, and poverty. Mexico needs to make reforms. If Mexico does not, we should invade, and take over the country, end the crime and violence. End the government corruption.

So much we can do, that we do not. It is time for change from Biden's 50 years of failure.
