I live in Wisconsin and I see them here all the time in the Summer. I could show you five homes or properties where they're being flown right now. The "Don't Tread on Me" Gadsden flag is even more popular, I've seen about a hundred of those throughout the state.

The Confederate flag has become a symbol of rebellion, non-conformity, and distrust of the federal government.
