This is not a glitch, it is a deliberate programming tool for voter fraud.
I really do hope I am not wrong about trump having this under control with verifiable ballot security encoded onto each ballot for specific people.

In 2016 in Antrim County, Trump got about 62% support, beating Democrat Hillary Clinton by about 4,000 votes.
County Clerk Sheryl Guy told the Free Press Wednesday that officials sent the initial results to the state without checking them. But they later asked: “How could Democrats take over this county?” she said.
Guy was unclear on whether the apparent errors resulted from a software glitch or human error, but appeared to attribute the problem to a combination of both. The county uses Dominion Voting Systems equipment and results are manually transported on computer cards from the precincts to county offices, where they are uploaded onto another computer, she said. The county does not use cellular modems — which have raised concerns about the potential for manipulation by hackers — to transmit results from the precincts, she said.

In 1988 an American embassy was built in Moscow. A pre occupancy inspection revealed that some of the rooms were bugged. The more the building was examined the more devices were found. Not a wall, ceiling or floor was free. The entire building is one big microphone and recording device. The building stands today and has never been occupied by anyone.
This is what this election is like. Rigged computers, crooked USPS workers, ballot counters that throw ballots away. Boxes of newly minted Biden ballots newly discovered. There is no part of this election that isn't tainted by fraud. Like the embassy in Moscow there might be no way to fix this election. Abandon it for a free and fair one.
