Prosecutors filed capital murder charges Friday against two men suspected of killing a 12-year-old Houston girl (Jocelyn Nungaray) whose body was found in a creek after she disappeared during a walk to a convenience store. It's believed all 3 were on a bridge where Jocelyn was strangled and then thrown down into the creek.

The two men are Venezuelan nationals who entered the United States illegally in March, according to a statement Friday from the U.S. Department of Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Both were then released with orders to appear in court at a later date.

This is yet another case of clear cut guilt on the part of Joe Biden. Because the 2 illegal aliens were RELEASED from ICE, under Joe Biden's CATCH & RELEASE policy (a reversal of Trump's abolition of the Obama catch & release policy), these guys were free to commit this crime,

Under Trump's policy (which Biden stopped) these guys would have not been released, would have still been in jail, and this girl would be alive today.

Texas senator Ted Cruz is calling for the death penalty if/when these guys are convicted. Will they be strangled & thrown off a bridge ?

No, they were refugees who were release pending an asylum hearing. It would be nice if we quickly resolved asylum cases, but Trump and Stephen Miller wrecked the aslyum system.
