Assuming that Trump makes it all the way to the end of a second term, I think the primaries are wide open. Even George W H Bush ahd a hard time in 1988 getting the nomination as Reagan's VP.

But yes, I think Pence would make a great President and Cruz would be fairly good as VP, but I would prefer a few others.
