A good idea. However, all modern communications, online and off-line and civilian radio and cell-based, are monitored by the "authorities" and tech giant community censors. Any conservative anti-BLM mob coordinated communications will be reported and investigated and neutralized and used against us in courts of law. Second, any coordinated armed citizen patrols will be designated criminal in nature and either disbanded or hauled off to jail while violent mobs will skate. Third, the idea of untrained, even if well meaning, armed men and women patrolling most neighborhoods will cause more problems than the mobs.

Regardless of the aforementioned above problems with your plan, a well-trained civilian counterrevolutionary force could work and be useful.
